Pending availability, we are happy to accommodate rush orders for domestic and international customers. Please contact us before you place your order to ensure that we can accommodate your deadline. All rush orders are subject to a rush fee for expedited service and require an upgrade to fastest shipping method. Rush Orders are NON REFUNDABLE
All HK Jewellers styles are carefully handmade in our Jaipur Office Since each piece is made-to-order, we ask that you allow 7-10 business days (excluding weekends) before we ship your order. If you need to meet a certain deadline or need expedited shipping, I may be able to accommodate your request. Please send us a message.
• While we mostly work for customized jewelry so pieces are make to order so you need to allow 7-10 business days (excluding holidays) after you place your order, and orders which are ready to ship can be dispatched with-in 2-5 business days (excluding holidays) after you place your order.
• The order recipient is the importer on record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.
• HKJewellers is not responsible for brokerage fees, import and customs duties.
